Touring & Applying
- How can I schedule a tour of Tierra Del Sol?
- Tours are available during office hours. You can call (281) 879-6946 to schedule an appointment to see our apartments.
Leasing
- What are the requirements to apply for an apartment?
- We require a gross income of at least 3 times the rent, no prior evictions or broken leases, and you must provide pay stubs and a valid ID. We do not accept Section 8 vouchers.
- Do you offer second chance leasing?
- We do not accept second chance leasing if you have a past eviction or broken lease. Our qualification requirements include no such history.
Fees & Deposits
- What fees are associated with applying for an apartment?
- There is an application fee and an administrative fee. Deposit amounts vary by apartment size and qualification. Please contact the leasing office for current rates.
Pet Policy
- What is the pet policy at Tierra Del Sol?
- We accept pets. There is a limit of 2 pets, a weight limit, and restrictions on aggressive breeds. Please contact the leasing office for complete details.
Parking
- Is there parking available for residents?
- Parking is available for residents. For specific information on parking availability and permits, please contact the leasing office.

- Our community features a controlled-access/gated entry, clubhouse, swimming pool, laundry facilities, and picnic/grill areas. Select homes include fireplaces, and many have private patios or balconies.
